DCP Ghanshyam Bansal told that the name of the deceased is Pulkit Chawla (30). He lived with his family in M-Block Hari Nagar area. He has a tent house business. The name of the biker who got injured in the case is Azad Singh (19). Azad, a resident of Ranhola Vihar, works as a delivery boy for a company. Police said that the incident took place at Milap Market, Subhash Nagar at around 10:15 pm on Sunday. When Pulkit had gone to Raghubir Nagar for some work with a scooter. He was coming back home with a scooter from there. Only then this incident took place in Milap Market. Pulkit fell on the road. He was taken to DDU Hospital. Where doctors declared him dead. Azad was slightly injured.
Police say that the investigation of the case has been started. There was no major damage to the bike from the front.
