On Saturday night the students of building number three of girls hostel were given food in the mess. Here at that time a worm appeared in a plate. Students made its photo viral on social media. The students said that this playing around with food is not stopping. No precautions are being taken by the company. Despite this, the university administration is not taking any action. A dead lizard was found in the vegetable plate of a student three days back on Thursday night while having food at the Mega Mess of Central University of Rajasthan. After the video of lizard coming out in the food plate went viral on social media, many students boycotted the food. Students expressed anger. He said that even before this, many incidents of insects coming out or other types came to the fore, but no concrete action was taken.
Manohar Das, the manager of the SKPL company, which is running the mega mess of the Central University, wrote a letter to the committee member and the chief warden, apologizing for the incident that happened during dinner on Thursday evening. Regarding this matter, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad’s secretary Moymuta Malesh wrote a letter to the Vice-Chancellor of CUR, expressing his displeasure over the poor quality of mess food and the incidents happening every day.
