An official of the Indian Meteorological Department says that till about 09:30 am today in Delhi-NCR, there will be strong winds with a speed of 50 to 70 kilometers per hour and moderate rain due to clouds coming from north-west Uttar Pradesh. There is a possibility of heavy rain at intervals. On the other hand, this morning there was darkness for some time in many parts of the capital Delhi due to overcast sky.
According to the forecast of Skymet Weather.com, the low pressure area over northwest and adjoining west central Bay of Bengal has transformed into a low pressure area over northwest Bay of Bengal near North Odisha and West Bengal coast. It is likely to move beyond Odisha and Chhattisgarh in the next 2 days. Moderate to heavy rain may occur over Chhattisgarh and East Madhya Pradesh during the next 24 hours.
