There was a ruckus on the streets of the capital Lucknow when a group of girls suddenly clashed with each other. In front of Hotel Sky Hilton in Ashiana area, two other girls stopped the girl going from Kar with her friend. After taking a young woman out of the car, she started beating. Hearing the noise, a crowd gathered on the road. But no one intervened.
According to the information, the girl who was beaten up after getting out of the car was making rounds of Ashiyana Kotwali for several days to file a report of sexual abuse on the pretext of marriage. He got beaten up. Angered by the lack of action in the case, the victim created a ruckus in Ashiana Kotwali on Tuesday. After this the police registered a report and started investigation.
The video of the assault is now going viral on social media. A tactic in the video is making obscene clips and accusing them of blackmailing as well as continuously abusing them. The passersby somehow intervened.
Scrutiny of the video revealed that the girl who was beaten up is a resident of LDA Colony, Kanpur Road. According to the victim, 15 days ago she had filed a complaint against Praveen Kumar, a resident of Spring Green Apartment of Chinhat in Ashiana Kotwali. It was told that there was a friendship after meeting Robin, who worked in event management, in a program 5 years ago. Robin then sexually abused her for five years on the pretext of marriage. The victim alleges that instead of registering the report, the Ashiana police forcibly got the agreement written under pressure. This boosted their spirits.
The woman told that she had gone to Sky Hilton Hotel to get food when Robin got her female friends beaten up. In the case, the inspector says that there was friendship between the girl and the accused first, then a dispute arose. Both sides have leveled allegations against each other on this. Investigation will be done and action will be taken.
