Vrindavan (Chaumuhan). Unidentified thieves made away with cash worth about Rs 1.5 lakh by targeting a Jarrah clinic at Chhatikara square. Police arrived on the information of the victim and are engaged in the investigation after inspecting the spot. Friday was named after two incidents of theft and loot in Jaint police station area. For the police, who are closely investigating the robbery incident as suspicious, questions are being raised on police patrolling due to the incident of theft of 1.5 lakh on the roadside at Chhatikara intersection. Jarrah Nasir Ahmed, a resident of Diggate Mathura, runs a roadside clinic at Chhatikara square. He closed his establishment at 6 o’clock in the night and went home. When he reached the clinic at 9:30 am on Friday morning, he was shocked to see the shutter lock broken. When I went inside, I saw that one and a half lakh rupees were missing in the neck. As soon as the information about the theft came, a crowd gathered on the spot. As soon as the information was received, the area police also reached the spot. The police is probing the incident by interrogating the people around and scanning the CCTV footage. Clinic owner Nasir Ahmed has demanded action by giving Tahrir against unknown thieves at police station Jait. According to the station in-charge Ajay Verma, the matter is being investigated. Appropriate action will be taken after investigation.
