Expressing dissatisfaction, he said that the Deputy District Magistrate should review the recovery with the Amins 02 times a week and provide photographs, once a week the Deputy District Magistrate himself and 02 times a week go to the Tehsildar area and collect the arrears from the big defaulters themselves. . Expressing displeasure, he said that such instructions were issued in the past also. Despite this, no interest is being taken in the recovery by the Deputy District Magistrates, Tehsildars, if the instructions are disobeyed by anyone and the recovery is not done by going to the area, then a special adverse entry will be given to the concerned.
Expressing displeasure, Mr. Singh said that Section-24, Section-34 cases are not being settled in Tehsils, Section-24 cases are also pending for more than 05 years. He told the Deputy District Magistrates, Tehsildars that the eviction cases should be settled on priority, do not leave the eviction proceedings to the Lekhpal, but in the case of eviction, Naib Tehsildar, Tehsildar should be present on the spot along with the police and get the eviction done by giving leadership to the Deputy District Magistrate. Take action, before the eviction process, photographs after the eviction process should be kept in the file, compensation should also be recovered after eviction, Section-24 cases should be settled weekly. He said that it is the responsibility of the officials and employees of the Revenue Department to remove unauthorized encroachments from public and gram sabha land, wherever unauthorized encroachments on public land are there, they should be removed immediately. He said that 910 cases of section-34 are pending in tehsil Mainpuri, 1083 in tehsil Bhogaon, 454 in tehsil Kurawali, 652 in tehsil Karhal, 475 in tehsil Ghiror, a large number of cases of section-24 are pending in all tehsils.

He said that it is the responsibility of the district administration to get rid of the problems of the public, providing basic facilities is also the responsibility of the various departments, there should not be laxity in this at any level.
