Bijnor. Krishna College of Science and Information Technology, Department of Home Science M.Sc. (Human Development) and B.Sc. (Home Science) students took an educational tour to Vidur Kuti Ashram. In which, under the leadership of Department Head Dr. Shalini Sharma, spokesperson Neha Babbar, Ayesha, Seema, Jyoti and Neetu, Vidur Kuti, Daranagar Ganj’s Vidur Old Age Ashram and Vidur Arogya Hospital were taken on an educational tour.
During the tour Mrs. Lakshmi Devi, manager of Vidur Kuti Ashram and Gaurav Sharma, the field worker of the ashram introduced all the old people and got their case study done and got information about the facilities provided to the old people and asked them some questions like how here Facilities are provided How do you spend your time? Do you get good food? How many years have you been living here? Do you sing hymns? Do you have any problem here? Doctor Ram Avtar Sharma, who lives in Vidur Kuti, told the girl students that four ashrams have been described in our Vedas. Brahmacharya, Grihastha, Vanaprastha and Sanyasa Ashram. He told that we all are spending our lives in Vanprastha Ashram after Grihastha Ashram. On this occasion, the students of Home Science Department enthralled the people living there by performing cultural programs like Radha Krishna folk dance, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao drama, comedy drama, poetry bhajan kirtan, entertaining dance. Aditi, Anam, Amrin, Neha, Isha, Shelly, Sonam, etc. students participated in the program in the ashram and the program was conducted by Shubhangi Bhardwaj, college founder director Rajeev Kumar, manager Manoj Kumar, director Pawan Kumar, principal Dr. Seema Sharma congratulated the girl students and wished them a bright future.
