SP strict, fell on the inspector who implicated innocents in false cases

Nagina, Bijnor. The process of action is going on against the policemen who make rope snake and snake rope. The famous inspector Dharmendra Kumar Gautam, who sent innocents to jail by implicating them in false cases, has finally come to the fore. Superintendent of Police Neeraj Kumar Jadaun has ordered departmental action while presenting the line to the tainted inspector. The Superintendent of Police has given a message to the inspector by spotting the line that whoever saves the culprit or traps the innocent will not be spared at any cost.
It may be known that Inspector Dharmendra Kumar Gautam, posted at Nagina police station, was earlier posted at Halka No. 1 of Thana Dhampur. On February 16, 2022, Dalit Prem Singh was thrashed and abused by Napendra Chauhan alias Monu, brother of village head Devraj Chauhan alias Sonu, near the Hanuman temple in Ramthera village of Halke. Victim Dalit Prem Singh reached Dhampur police station to file a case against the same witnesses, but under the pressure of Pradhan, the police did not register the case; Pradhan Devendra Chauhan, on February 20, 2022, on the instigation of the police, got his mother’s fake medical examination done and filed a fake case against the victim Prem Singh and witnesses Anoop Kumar and Naresh Kumar under 156 (3) CrPC. Light sub-inspector Dharmendra Kumar Gautam, who was probing the case by taking a co-worker and a hefty amount from Pradhan, had sent the victim Prem Singh and the witness Anoop Kumar to jail in a fake case. The interesting thing is that on the instructions of Pradhan, the witness on the basis of whose statement the victims were sent to jail in this fake case, that fake witness was in Punjab at the time of the incident. After coming out of jail, the victim Dalit Prem Singh and his wife Veeravati had complained to Bijnor Superintendent of Police Neeraj Kumar Jadaun, SC/ST Commission and other high officials to get justice. Superintendent of Police Neeraj Kumar Jadaun has ordered departmental action late on Monday night while spotting the tainted inspector Dharmendra Kumar Gautam on the line. Superintendent of Police Neeraj Kumar Jadaun has given a message to the police by presenting the line to Daroga Dharmendra Kumar Gautam that whoever saves the culprit in the case or implicates the innocent will not be spared at any cost, he has to be ready for action.
