Earlier, the police had also served 82 CrPC notices at Anil’s house. A reward of Rs 25,000 has also been announced against Anil Yadav in the case of arson.
Inspector Gautampalli Dinesh Singh Bisht said that in connection with the fire in the police jeep, a few days ago, a notice was issued against SP leader Anil Yadav, resident of Mau district, under 82 CrPC. After this, the police had applied in the court for attachment against Anil. On Wednesday, the court issued attachment order against Anil Yadav.
Police team will soon go to Mau for attachment
Police Commissioner DK Thakur said that every effort is being made to arrest Anil Yadav. A few days ago, DCP Central Khyati Garg had also announced a reward of Rs 25,000 on his arrest. He said that now after the order of attachment is made, the police team will soon be sent to Mau to take the attachment action.
More names will come out after getting caught
In the case of setting fire to the police jeep, only the name of SP leader Anil Yadav has come to light. The police had identified Anil with the help of CCTV cameras installed at the spot. In this case, a report was lodged by the police at Gautampalli police station under other sections including arson. The police commissioner says that after the arrest of Anil Yadav, the names of more people will be known in his interrogation. Strict action will be taken against those people after the name is known.
