Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has once again been disappointed by the Sessions Court once again deferring his bail till the next hearing, due to which Aryan will be behind the bars for another day. The hearing in the court today started at around 3 pm and went on till 6.45 pm in the evening. By this time the jail was closed, now the court will hear the matter again on October 14 and will give its verdict.
NCB side’s argument
The NCB said that in this case it is very difficult to understand the role of one accused from the other, Aryan was not found with drugs but he was in contact with the drug peddler. It could be some kind of conspiracy, which needs to be investigated. NCB is probing Aryan Khan’s drug dealings abroad.
Aryan’s lawyer kept his side
Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde made his first statement that drugs or cash were not recovered from Aryan Khan. Aryan’s lawyer also told that Aryan never met Munmun Dhamecha, he has nothing to do with him, he doesn’t even know Munmun. NCB produced all three together in court but Aryan has nothing to do with Munmun or selling drugs.
Aryan Khan who is still imprisoned in Arthur Road Jail, lawyers have been engaged for the last several days for his bail, but till now success has not been achieved and nothing can be said on how long it will not take. Whenever it seems that bail will be available this time, at the same time NCB sticks its leg and the bail is postponed.
Aryan Khan’s case was being handled by Satish Manshinde till now and he has so far failed to get Aryan Khan bail, after which Shahrukh Khan decided to give this case to Senior Advocate Amit Desai. Amit Desai was present along with Satish Manshinde in the hearing of this case on 11 October.

During that day’s hearing, NCB’s Special Public Prosecutor M Chimalkar told the court that due to the ongoing investigation, they were taking some time to collect the evidence. After the arguments of both the sides were over, the court had given NCB time till Wednesday, October 13, to file its reply.
Aryan Khan’s driver questioned
On October 9, the NCB questioned Aryan Khan’s driver for about 12 hours, according to the information received, the driver had admitted to dropping Aryan and Arbaaz Merchant at the cruise terminal. The NCB had also asked Aryan’s driver questions related to the activities of his friends, which did not reveal anything special. The next hearing of Aryan Khan’s case is to be held tomorrow.
