Radish
In the winter season, there is something else about radish. Radish Paratha is considered to be the favorite breakfast of many households. Radish contains vitamin C, which helps us fight infections.

You can also grow radishes in any wide and large tub. Jagriti says that to grow this root vegetable, first prepare the potting mix. For this, use 50 percent normal soil, 50 percent vermicompost or home made compost and neem cake.
Now buy radish seeds from the market and prepare small plants in the sapling tray. By the way, you can also grow it directly in a big pot.
Plant all the seeds one inch apart. Keep sprinkling water from above for a few days. These root vegetables will sprout in about 15 days, while in two to two and a half months you will have a radish ready for your dining table.
Carrot
Red colored carrots look more delicious to eat during winters, who does not like to eat Gajar ka Halwa at this time. Carrots contain beta carotene, which has many health benefits. It helps prevent heart diseases and improves eyesight. It also contains fiber, which promotes digestion.
Just as you would prepare potting mix for radishes, prepare the same way for carrots.
Carrot seeds are very small in size. Therefore it should be applied with caution.
Soften the soil before planting the seeds, this will make your job easier.

Onion

For this you take a 6 inch pot. Onion seeds germinate in 10 to 21 days. It usually takes 50 to 75 days from seed to plant.
Plant onion seeds in compost made from vermicompost and normal soil at a distance of one inch. Give light water to the pot every day and keep in mind that the pot must get five hours of sunlight. It takes three months to grow onion root vegetables from seed. During this, you can cut the leaves of the plant and use it.
sugar beets
The magenta colored beet roots are as good in appearance as they are for health. You feel refreshed after drinking a glass of its juice. Beetroot is popular for being low in fat and high in nutrients. It helps in maintaining the blood pressure level. The antioxidants present in them help in detoxifying the body.
Its seeds are also easily available in any nursery. You can buy Beet Root Vegetables seeds directly from the market.
Use the same potting mix you make for radishes and carrots.
Before planting the seeds, make the soil moist by adding water and then put the seeds in the soil. Make sure that there is a distance of at least one inch between each seed.
Now bury them by pouring some soil from above, and sprinkle some water.
The seeds will germinate within 24 days.
Now you can plant this little plant in a big pot or in the soil of your garden.
If you want, you can plant these seeds directly from a large pot. A 15×15 grow bag is perfect for this.
Beetroot does not need much sunlight. Keep it in a place where it gets only 4-5 hours of sunlight. Water only once a week and use homemade compost. Fertilize the plant a few weeks after it begins to grow. Within 90 days, the beetroot will grow and become ready.
