On one hand, where most parts of Bihar are still looking forward to rain, on the other hand, due to excessive rain in Nepal, the rivers of North Bihar are in spate. On the contrary, due to the lack of rain as expected in Bihar, there are cracks in the fields. There is a danger of damage to the beech in the fields where the rain deficient areas have also been dumped. In places where there is a lot of moisture deficiency, even bichra is not able to germinate.
On the one hand, where most parts of Bihar are still looking forward to rain, on the other hand, due to excessive rain in Nepal, the rivers of North Bihar are in spate. On the contrary, due to the lack of rain as expected in Bihar, there are cracks in the fields. It is a matter of concern that it has been a week since the last constellation ‘Ardra’ started, and till now only 60 percent work has been done. There is a danger of damage to the beech in the fields where the rain deficient areas have also been dumped. In places where there is a lot of moisture deficiency, even bichra is not able to germinate.
The impact on the middle of the thirsty districts
The state has so far received 28 per cent less rainfall since the onset of monsoon. There are 20 districts where the rainfall deficit is more than 50 percent. According to the data, due to 121 percent more rain in Kishanganj and 98 percent more in Araria, the figure of average rainfall has come down slightly. But its direct effect is going to be seen on agriculture. If we talk about Vaishali district, then there was 77 percent rain here. So here only 20 percent of the difference fell. The situation in Aurangabad is more or less similar. It has received about 77 percent rain. Here also there is 32 percent difference. In Patna district too, due to 82 per cent rain deficiency, only 38 per cent of the rain has fallen. Nalanda, Bhojpur, Rohtas, Kaimur, Gaya, Jehanabad, Arwal, Nawada, Aurangabad, Saran, Gopalganj, East Champaran, Sheohar, Vaishali, Darbhanga, Sheikhpura, Khagaria, Lakhisarai, Jamui and Saharsa are included. .
