The water kept outside has started freezing in these areas. At the same time, people have found dew frozen on leaves and vehicles in the morning. Apart from this, the temperature in Sikar, Hanumangarh, Nagaur, Bhilwara was recorded between 0 to 1 degree Celsius.

In Sikar too, the severe winter has wreaked havoc. All the records so far are broken here. Fatehpur recorded a minimum temperature of minus 5.2 degree Celsius this morning. Earlier, Fatehpur had recorded minus 4.6 degree Celsius on December 30, 2014. The mercury is below freezing point for 3 consecutive days.
