Inspection of CID-CB has also been caught in the paper leak case
Earlier, on May 19, the SOG had arrested 5 accused including the police inspector. Accused Police Inspector Rajendra Prasad Meena is posted in CID CB in Jaipur. SOG’s ADG Ashok Rathod said that he has been arrested after finding the role of Inspector Rajendra Prasad in leaking the question paper of the second shift examination of May 14 before the examination from Diwakar Public Secondary School, Jhotwara, Jaipur. The accused Inspector Rajendra Prasad is a resident of Naushal Rajpura village located in Dataramgarh tehsil of Sikar district. He has been SHO in many police stations including Kotwali and Bhattabasti in Jaipur. SOG has so far arrested 13 accused in the paper leak case.
Two youths who provided fake sim to the main accused also arrested
The SOG team arrested 5 accused on Thursday, May 19, including Inspector Rajendra Prasad, Shahrukh Khan, Manoj Kumar Verma, Kanwar Singh Mertiya and Pooja Mamnani. Shahrukh Khan and Kanwar Singh Mertiya are residents of Masuda in Ajmer district. Fake mobile sim was provided to the master mind of paper leak of these two. Along with this, the accused Manoj Kumar, Rajendra Prasad and Pooja Mamnani were found to be involved in leaking the paper. According to SOG officials, more accused have been identified in the paper leak case. Those who will be arrested soon.
On May 17, 8 accused including ASI were arrested.
On May 17, the SOG had arrested 8 accused in the paper leak case of police constable recruitment. These eight accused include ASI Ratanlal of Jaipur Police Police, Shalu Sharma, director of Diwakar Public Secondary School, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Shalu’s husband Mukesh Kumar Sharma, Satyanarayan Kumawat, Rakesh Dhanak, Kamal Kumar Verma, Roshan Kumawat and Vikram Singh Yadav. The paper, which was to be held on May 14, had gone viral on social media even before the exam. The information about SOG’s pass paper leak reached immediately. SOG’s investigation revealed that it was leaked from Diwakar Public Secondary School. Soon after, the SOG team led by Additional SP Nawab Khan reached Diwakar School and arrested the accused. It has also come to the fore in the investigation that the place where the papers were kept in the school. The place was under CCTV surveillance but at the time of paper leaking, the school management had switched off the CCTV cameras for some time.
