According to the information received, 17 people from Chilachond area of Madhya Pradesh were going to Kailadevi (Kela dev mata temple) on foot. Here, these devotees were walking along the banks of Rodhai Ghat. Meanwhile, 8 devotees went into deep water and drowned in Chambal river. The same 9 people have been found safe on the banks of Chambal. 7 devotees are still being told missing. As soon as the information about the accident was received, District Collector Ankit Kumar and District Superintendent of Police Narayan Togas have also reached the spot. At the same time, the team of divers is engaged in rescue operation in Chambal river. So far 7 people have not been traced.
