Chandigarh: In a major administrative reshuffle, the Punjab government on Saturday issued transfer and posting orders of 32 IAS officers, including two Special Chief Secretary level officers, with immediate effect. According to the government order, Ravneet Kaur, a senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, has been posted as Special Chief Secretary cum Financial Commissioner Corporation, who was till now posted as Special Chief Secretary, Labour.
Besides this, senior IAS officer V.K. Juneja to DK. Tiwari has been replaced as Special Chief Secretary, Jail, while Anurag Agarwal has been made Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Revenue and Rehabilitation. Vikas Pratap will be the new Principal Finance Secretary who will be ACS K.A.P. Sinha, who has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary cum Financial Commissioner, Taxation. A Venu Prasad, who is the Chief Minister’s ACS, has been given additional charge of New and Renewable Energy Resources. Till now this charge was with Dilip Kumar.
