Police said that we came to know that Irshad Ansari would come to his native village Harpur Nag under Mehsi police station of East Champaran. Accordingly, a team was formed to raid Ansari’s house in the village. The ATS team took the help of East Champaran police and waited for the accused. As soon as he reached his house, a raid was conducted and he was nabbed.
Arrests have taken place even before East Champaran
ATS officers are questioning Irshad Ansari. NIA was also informed about his arrest. Earlier on February 5, the NIA had arrested five PFI members from Harpur Nag village.
