    He had also claimed that Sameer Wankhede’s father and family had converted to Muslim religion. Many times his father and others also responded to the allegations leveled against Sameer Wankhede’s family, but now the matter has reached the court.

    It is being told that the father of Sameer Wankhede has said in the allegations related to defamation that the Nawab owner is continuously harming the name, character, prestige and social honor of the members of his family.

    Therefore it has been demanded that Nawab Malik and other leaders of his party should not say anything objectionable against his family in the media. Apart from this, writing or speaking or publishing any defamatory material should be immediately banned.

Now every day he is making baseless allegations against Sameer Wankhede by doing social media or press conferences. Therefore, a defamation claim of Rs 1.25 crore has been made on Nawab Malik.

    Earlier, BJP leader Mohit Kamboj has filed a defamation case of 100 crores against Nawab Malik. Because Nawab Malik was constantly making serious allegations against BJP leader Mohit Kamboj and his family.
