For the first time, innovation for environmental protection is being done in Indore (EMS) city. No cars will ply on the city roads on 22 September. ‘No Car Day’ will be celebrated on this day. Under this, no car will run on the city roads.
Indore Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava said that Indore city has its own identity in the country. For years, this city has been making its mark as the number one clean city in the country. Indore also came number one in the air survey of the entire country. Taking this trend forward, this innovation is being done on 22nd September to make the air of Indore cleaner. On this day people will leave their homes without cars. With this special initiative, while the traffic pressure in the city will be reduced, on the other hand the air of the city will also become cleaner than before. However, now the question in the minds of people is that how will they be able to carry out their daily tasks, then let us tell you that on this day, resources like e-rickshaw, bus and public transport will be operational for people’s convenience and commuting. Health conscious people can also cycle and walk. Indore, the country’s number one clean city, is known for its innovations. Once again such innovation is being done, which has become a topic of discussion. Which is considered very useful from environmental point of view. Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava has also appealed to all the people to cooperate in this initiative.
