‘Muslim officers and workers will be able to come to office one hour earlier’
According to a circular issued by the General Administration Department, the government has taken this decision keeping in view the convenience of Muslim employees and officers during the month of Ramzan. It has been said in this order that officers and personnel will be allowed to come to office one hour earlier during the period of Ramzan. Then they will be able to leave the office one hour before the scheduled time. This order will remain in effect permanently for every year.
See what is in the circular of Nitish government?
‘Freedom to leave the office before the appointed time’
The main reason behind this order issued by the department is that the work should not be affected. If Muslim employees and officers come to office one hour earlier than the scheduled time during Ramzan, then there will be no effect in their leaving before the scheduled time. They will be able to come before the scheduled time and complete the work. However, due to this decision of the Nitish government, the political temperature in Bihar has also started rising.
BJP raised questions, with JDU-RJD decision
BJP has retaliated on this order of Nitish government. He says that CM Nitish has taken this decision to help Muslim voters. BJP leader Arvind Kumar Singh has demanded that the government should issue similar circulars in view of Chaitra Navratri and Ram Navami. However, RJD and JDU have welcomed this decision of the government.
