Even in these nine days, which are considered to be the hottest, there will be heat, but the prickling will be relatively less. There is little chance of heat wave these days, the temperature will be relatively several degrees lower. Nautapa will start from May 25 with the Sun entering Rohini Nakshatra on Thursday. According to astrologers, the hotter the heat during Nautapa, the better the rain. In Nautpa, the strong rays of the sun fall directly on the earth, due to which the temperature of the earth increases rapidly. But, due to seasonal activities, this time there will be a different situation in Nautpa. This time due to the activation of new Western Disturbance and formation of upper cyclonic system over Rajasthan, there will not be much heat in all parts of North India including Delhi between May 23 to 27. Light rain accompanied by dust storm will bring down the temperature. Heat wave is not likely to continue for the next several days.
While the temperature remains at 44 to 45 degrees in the days of Nautapa, it can be lower by seven to eight degrees in comparison. Dr. JPS Dabas, Principal Scientist of the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Pusa, told that due to this change in the weather, the insects that harm the crop will not be able to die. Due to this, the crops of sugarcane, paddy and vegetables will be damaged. The sweetness of mangoes, melons and watermelons is decreasing due to lack of heat wave. Even mosquitoes will not be able to die if there is no excessive heat. Meteorologists say that climate change has also affected these nine days. Nautpa usually falls during the last week of May to the first week of June.

If we look at the figures of Delhi, there was no much heat in these days in 2020, 2021 and 2022 as well. At the same time, in this regard, Mahesh Palawat, vice-president of Skymet Weather (Meteorology and Climate Change), said that even though it is hot at the moment, the conditions will change due to the effect of western disturbance and upper cyclonic circulation from Wednesday. . The temperature which is going beyond 45 now, will come down to 36-37 degrees. For the next few days, there is no possibility of getting that level of heat, for which Nautpa is known.
