Mumbai Police raided a bar in Andheri. Where the policemen were also surprised to see a basement. The police pulled out 17 girls from that basement. The girls hid there to avoid the police. In this secret room, all the facilities were available for the girls, from food to drink. A police officer said that the dance bar officials hid the women after being alerted about the raid with the help of an advanced electronic system placed in its premises. But during the raid, the hi-tech secret room was unearthed. Where 17 girls were hidden.
Police kept doing it for 15 hours raid
Police said that initially nothing was done during the raid but after 15 hours the secret room adjacent to the green room where the women were hiding was found. The secret room had AC and ventilation and food for the girls to survive for a long time. There was a stock of water and cold drinks. The police rescued the girls and filed an FIR against 20 people. Officials said that even in continuous questioning of the bar manager, cashier and waiter, no hint was found. Because they continued to deny the use of women’s dance in the bar, but a large mirror in the make-up room was suspected. The officer further said that an attempt was made to remove the glass but the mirror was installed very accurately.

An NGO had complained
The police decided to break the glass. A secret room was found behind the mirror, which was controlled with a remote. At present, the police are trying to locate the remote control of the police secret room. In fact, this raid was conducted by the Social Service Branch of Mumbai Police at Deepa Bar in Andheri late on Saturday night. The police had received a complaint from an NGO that the Covid protocol was being violated in the bar. It has been said in the complaint that the bar will operate in a secret manner throughout the night.
