Also strong wind is blowing. Due to rain and cold winds, there has been a significant drop in the day temperature. The day temperature in the capital Bhopal has dropped by eight degrees Celsius.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a difference of only three degrees Celsius in the day and night temperatures due to rain. Because of this, people were getting filled like night even during the day. Similar weather has been observed in other states of the state. At the same time, hail has also fallen at many places in the state. Also there was a thick fog. Due to this, the cold has also increased in those places. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be strong cold winds in the state on Wednesday as well.
According to the Meteorological Department, a Western Disturbance is over North Pakistan and a Cyclonic Circulation is persisting over Rajasthan. Simultaneously, a trough is passing through central and southern parts of MP, which is causing rain all over the state. There will be scattered rain for a day or two.
On the other hand, Bhopal recorded a day temperature of 17.2 degrees Celsius on Tuesday, which is eight degrees below normal. The night temperature in the city has been recorded at 13.9 degree Celsius. This is more than three degrees Celsius above normal. The visibility in the city in the morning was 1200 meters.
Till 8.30 am on Tuesday, it has rained 13.2 mm in Guna, 6.2 mm in Bhopal, 3.8 mm in Gwalior, 2.0 mm in Tikamgarh, 1.2 mm in Raisen and Naugaon.
