Ambaji Prasad Controversy: Devotees will continue to get the Prasad of Mohanthal at the famous Yatradham Ambaji Temple in Gujarat. The government has decided to continue both the offerings at the temple after persistent opposition from the Congress and the VHP. The Congress has welcomed the decision to go ahead with the sale of Mohanthal in Ambaji. Congress spokesperson Hemang Rawal said the decision to restart Mohanthal Prasad at the holy Ambaji temple is a victory of the crusade of the people of Gujarat, religious institutions and all Sanatan Dharma lovers. Rawal said that whoever has raised his voice regarding this issue. They all have victory. The devotees of Maa Ambe have got victory. Rawal said it was a matter of faith. Our only demand was that the old tradition should not be changed. Rawal said that today when the government itself has backtracked by withdrawing the decision which hurt the faith. If Mohanthal has decided to continue with the sale, then it is certainly a victory for religious organizations and Sanatan Dharma loving people.
