The Agriclinic and Agri Business Center (ACABC) at Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya was inaugurated with its first batch. 45 days free residential training program sponsored by MANAGE (National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management) under the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India aims to provide comprehensive training and support to aspiring entrepreneurs in the agriculture sector. Through this, students and farmers will be able to fulfill their dream of becoming entrepreneurs with the help of government. The chief guest of the program Dr. Sachin Gupta emphasized on the many self-employment opportunities available in the agriculture sector. He highlighted the importance of agricultural technology transfer and apprised the participants about the various evolving methods that can facilitate this process. Chancellor Dr. Sachin Gupta also shared his views on the qualities required for successful entrepreneurship in agriculture sector. He emphasized on the importance of persistence, adaptability and deep understanding of market dynamics. Dr. Rajneesh Tyagi, Nodal Officer, Residential Training Program while congratulating the guests and students said that it is a great opportunity for the students to participate in this training. There is a golden opportunity and they should take full advantage of this opportunity. He said that our university is committed to foster an entrepreneurial mindset among our students and provide them with the necessary skills to be successful in the agriculture sector. This training program is an important step towards equipping the participants with the knowledge and tools they need. We believe that by nurturing their entrepreneurial spirit, we can drive innovation and contribute to the growth of the agri-industry. Present at the event were Dr. J.P. Sharma shared his experiences related to agribusiness with the students. He said that there are immense possibilities of growth and development in agri-business in our country. Vice Chancellor, Dr. M.B. Chetty highlighted the important role of NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development) in promoting agri-entrepreneurship and supporting the agri-business sector. Dr. Chetty said that NABARD has been at the forefront of providing financial assistance, guidance and training to agri-entrepreneurs across the country. NABARD and our participants develop innovative business models that can uplift the agricultural economy. A total of 35 candidates have been selected for the training program which will run from May 15, 2023 to June 28, 2023. This comprehensive program aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in and contribute to agri-business. For the development of agriculture sector. Chancellor of Culture University Dr. Sachin Gupta attended the inauguration ceremony as the chief guest. The event was attended by respected dignitaries, including Dr. J.P. Sharma, Director General of Sanskriti University Dr. M.B. Chetty, Vice-Chancellor of Sanskriti University, Prof. Arun Kumar Tyagi, CEO, Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Business Incubation Center and other prominent personalities of the University.
