    Lord Ganesha installed in 2,729 public pandals of Mumbai, Maharashtra immersed in devotion

    – Replicas from the launch of Chandrayaan-3 to the Ram temple in Ayodhya will be seen in the pandals.

    Mumbai (Hindustan Reporter) On Tuesday, Lord Ganesha became present in 2,729 public Ganeshotsav pandals of Mumbai metropolis. Also, lakhs of people have installed Lord Ganesha in their homes. In this way, the entire Mumbai city is immersed in the devotion of Lord Ganesha and the entire Maharashtra has become Ganesha-like.

    In Mumbai, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde installed Ganpati at his official residence Varsha Bungalow on Tuesday. Government officials including Shinde family and employees have worshiped Lord Ganesha at Varsha Bungalow. The Chief Minister has greeted the people of the entire state including Mumbai on the occasion of Ganpati festival. Similarly, all the party leaders in Mumbai have installed Lord Ganesha at their residence.

    To prevent any kind of disturbance during Ganeshotsav in Mumbai city, 11,726 constables, 2,024 police officers and 15 deputy commissioners have been deployed in Mumbai. The traffic police have taken several steps to regulate vehicular movement in the metropolis during Ganeshotsav, including a ban on heavy vehicles. Between today and September 29, all types of heavy vehicles have been allowed to operate between midnight and 7 am.

    Ganeshotsav pandals have attractive decorations ranging from the launch of Chandrayaan-3 to the replica of Ram temple in Ayodhya. Devotees have started queuing up to get the darshan of Lord Ganesha at the famous Ganeshotsav Mandals like Raja of Lalbagh, Raja of Andheri etc. in Mumbai. The workers of these mandals have also made arrangements for refreshments etc. for the devotees.
