The entry gates of T-3 are worse than December
At least gate numbers 6, 7 and 8 did not see such a huge crowd when passengers started queuing up at T-3 in December last year. But when the visit was done here on Wednesday, the matter was seen to be disturbed at all the entry gates. There were queues of passengers from entry gate number-1 to gate number-8 of T-3. No gate was empty of crowd. Passengers who earlier used to consider gate number-3 as T-3, now the same passengers gathered at each of the gates to enter the terminal. This condition was visible when more flap gates have been installed for DG travel on T-3. The waiting time for entry at some gates was being shown as 15 to 24 minutes in the display boards outside the gates, whereas in reality the time seemed to be more than this.
Officers remain absent at immigration counters

Passengers allege that the immigration clearance inside T-3 is taking even more time. There are lines in front of the counters here. But the officers remain absent at most of the counters giving clearance to them. This problem is there almost every day. Especially at night, officers are not visible at the immigration counters. Passengers are afraid that they might miss the flight. Because of this, there is a lot of bickering between the passengers and the immigration officers. Secondly, the security check is also taking time. While here in December last year, after NBT continuously highlighted the problems, some more X-ray machines were increased by increasing the space. But then the problem started happening. The ramp remains full of cars.
The space in front of the entry gates has started falling short

In front of the entry gates, even the chair was seen falling short for the passengers. Passengers with children and elders were seen sitting everywhere. The crowd was so much that in between gate number-4 and 6, shoulders were colliding with shoulders. Here some areas have been kept reserved for the entry of passengers by barricading and there are many shops in the road side area. Due to increasing crowd in between, there is not enough space left outside T-3 so that people can move from here to there comfortably. If a child or an elderly person wanders from here to there, it becomes difficult to find them. Passengers say that earlier the system was better, but now there is no one here to look into the problems of the passengers. Space is becoming more and more efficient.
Half liter water bottle for ₹ 70, shortage of trolley too

Travelers allege that water here is very expensive. A half liter water bottle costs Rs 70. Leave aside the rest of the tea, coffee and other snacks. If the condition here is like that of railway stations, then the rates of food and drink should also be kept accordingly. Secondly, due to increase in the crowd, the trolley has also started falling short. Employees were less visible to bring the trolleys parked here and there within the reach of the passengers. The passengers themselves were seen bringing the trolley from far and wide. Passengers also say that there are many stray dogs at both departure and arrival places of T-3, no one to catch them.
