Jaipur, 26 February (Hindustan Times). The third grade teacher recruitment examination organized by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board started on the second day on Sunday amid net ban. Internet services have been stopped in 11 districts of the state at 6 am. The examination for 4 thousand 712 posts of Level-2 Social Studies subject started at 9:30 am. On the second day, out of 2 lakh 58 thousand 766 registered candidates, 2 lakh 36 thousand 275 candidates were present in the social studies examination held in the first shift. 22 thousand 491 candidates did not appear in this examination. The total attendance in the examination was 91.31 per cent. The highest attendance in the examination was recorded in Udaipur at 94.74 percent, while the lowest at 86.52 percent in Bikaner. After the incident in Jodhpur on the first day of the exam, net was closed in 11 districts where the exam is being held.
As per the instructions given earlier by the Staff Selection Board, the candidates were not given admission after 8:30 am even on the second day of the examination. In such a situation, the candidates who reached late at many examination centers had to return disappointed. However, enthusiasm was seen in most of the candidates regarding the examination. After three-stage checking at the examination centers, the candidates were allowed to sit in the examination hall. During checking, the warm clothes of the candidates were also made to open. Along with this, the shoes and socks of the candidates were also opened outside the examination hall. On the instructions of the district administration, the mobile phones of the government employees installed at the examination centers were also switched off and deposited. During this, the admit card and photo ID were thoroughly checked to catch the dummy candidate. Along with this, the information given in their photo ID was also asked orally from the candidates. Level-2 Hindi subject exam is to be held in the second shift on Sunday. This exam will also be held in all 11 districts, in which 1 lakh 73 thousand 463 candidates have been registered. Recruitment is to be done on 3 thousand 176 posts , subject. Internet will be restored in the 11 exam districts only after the second shift exam.
