    DNP Desk: Shocking news has come out from the south and central parts of Kerala. Due to the heavy rains here, many areas of the south and central parts of the state have been flooded. There have been reports of landslides from many places. So far nine people have died due to landslides while there are reports of many people missing. Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has tweeted and expressed his condolences to the family of the victim and said to provide all possible help to the needy people.

    The Home Minister tweeted and wrote, “We are continuously monitoring the situation in some parts of Kerala in view of heavy rains and floods. The central government will do everything possible to help the needy people. NDRF teams have already been sent to assist in the rescue operations. Praying for everyone’s safety.”

One person died due to heavy rains in Thodupuzha in Idukki district. 12 people have gone missing after landslide in Kottayam, search is on. You can guess the disaster from the fact that 6 districts have been put on red alert. Four people have died in landslides in Kottayam and Kokkayar. Minister K Rajan in the Government of Kerala informed that the Army and the Indian Air Force are ready to assist. We will do all we can to help the needy people. Let us tell you that the worst condition in Kerala is in Kottayam district, where water has entered the city after heavy rains. The streets of the cities have been filled with water, the streets have been filled with too much water. Life in the city has come to a complete standstill.
