On this, Virat interrupted the boy and referred to the family living there. Virat asked them to go somewhere else. Virat had a fight with the boy over this matter. The accused girl parked the scooty and called her friends on the spot. The boy along with his friends attacked Virat with sticks and bricks. Virat was seriously injured in the attack.
Section of culpable homicide will increase
Virat was admitted to the hospital with the help of the local people. While taking action in the case, the police arrested 6 accused on charges of murderous attack, assault and threatening to kill and sent them to jail. On the other hand, the injured Virat died in GTB Hospital on Monday. In the case, the Ghaziabad police will now charge the accused with culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
