No patient needed oxygen
Health Minister Satyendar Jain says that no patient of Omicron has needed oxygen support so far. He said that with the arrival of international flights, the cases of Covid in the national capital have increased. The government is not banning international flights even in view of the cases. Let us inform that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has also appealed to the government to ban international flights for some time. The Minister further said that the COVID-19 positivity rate is around 1% with 496 new cases reported yesterday. Satyendra Jain said that there are many people who come from other countries, then they are tested at the airport and if found positive then they are kept in isolation. If anyone comes from outside then 100 percent test is done… If there is a mild cold and fever, then they have been seen that after 5-7 days they are coming out positive.

754 challans deducted during night curfew in Delhi
Let us inform that all the states including Delhi have imposed restrictions to deal with Corona and the new variant Omicron. Night curfew has been imposed in the states. 411 FIRs were registered and 754 challans issued for violation of COVID-appropriate behavior on the first day of the night curfew imposed in Delhi.
