    Hardoi’s Rizwan jailed, yet the fear of encounter is haunting, know why

    The fear of the UP police is so visible on the criminals that they are not ready to go with the police. A similar case has come to the fore from Hardoi. The prisoner kept insisting on going along with the police after answering in writing.

    Sudhanshu Mishra, Hardoi: The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh is taking swift action against the criminals, due to which there is panic among the criminals. The criminals are so tormented by the fear of encounter that either they have left the district or they consider themselves more secure behind the bars of the jail. Even when the police take them to the hospital for medical examination, they are still haunted by the fear of an encounter. One such case came to the fore on Monday, when the police took a prisoner of Rizwan Nazm, lodged in District Jail Hardoi, to the hospital for dialysis. As soon as he reached the hospital, the prisoner started creating ruckus.

    The prisoner said that the police have planned to encounter him, so he wants in writing that the police should give him in writing that he will take him safely to the jail. This commotion went on for a long time and in the end the police took him to jail without getting dialysis done.
