    Ahmedabad: In Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath remains in the limelight for his bulldozer action. He also got the bulldozer avatar during the elections, but the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has backed the Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel government, comparing Gujarat with Uttar Pradesh. VHP has said that such action has not taken place even in Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel was given the name Bulldozer Dada on the lines of Bulldozer Baba in the Gujarat assembly elections. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel’s tough and adamant decision to demolish illegal constructions was praised by then Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that our Bhupendra Bhai is soft and Makkam (Adig). Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel is called Dada in Gujarat.

    VHP said ‘Well done government’
    The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has lauded Gujarat’s Bhupendra Patel government for demolishing large-scale illegal constructions in Bet Dwarka after several months of action. VHP Gujarat tweeted a video shot after the demolition of Dwarka and wrote, ‘The government has turned bulldozers on land jihad (grabbing land in a religious way) at Harsiddhi Mata Yatradham near Dwarka. Well done government. So much demolition would not have happened in UP at one go. This tweet has been done from the official Twitter account of VHP Gujarat. The tweet comes a day after the VHP protested on the issue of Mohanthal Prasad and tagged the Gujarat Chief Minister’s Office and Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi.

    Dada’s strength shown in Dwarka
    The VHP has written Shabaash Sarkar on the government’s action and compared the whole action to the country’s largest state Uttar Pradesh. Where Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is identified as Bulldozer Baba. VHP has uploaded the full video of the demolition in its tweet. Two days back, the Dwarka district administration had shared the details after completing the ongoing drive against illegal constructions in Harshad Gandhivi village of Bet Dwarka. In this campaign, 102 encroachments were removed which included 65 residential, 33 commercial and 4 religious places. It was told that the district administration had vacated 3.70 lakh square feet of space. Whose value is in crores.
