The fake degree Diplopa gang has been exposed in Rajasthan. Five accused including the leader of this gang have been arrested. Some unnamed degrees, degree preparation materials, stamps and other items have been recovered from them. This gang used to distribute fake degrees from other states in the name of courses.
Sold fake degrees of these universities and educational institutions
Jaipur’s Karni Vihar police station has busted a gang selling fake degrees and diplomas. Station in-charge Likhmaram Batesar said that fake degrees of various courses of OPJS University located in Churu district were being sold for the last several years. Similarly, fake degrees and diplomas of educational institutions of JS University, Shikohabad in Uttar Pradesh, Mahatma Gandhi Alum University Sikkim and Meghalaya were sold. These gangs were doing this kind of work for the last 18-20 years. For some time, these people used to approach there and get admission by taking money from the youth. Later on, they prepared and sold the exact copies of the degrees, diplopa, in Jaipur itself.
This gang got caught like this
A few months ago, the police had exposed the paper leak gang in the senior teacher recruitment examination. The leader of this gang was Bhupendra Saran. When the police raided Bhupendra Saran’s house, hundreds of fake degrees and diplomas, letterpads, stamps and stamps of several universities were found from his house. Many such degrees were also found, in which no one’s name was written. The gang members used to prepare and sell fake degrees by signing exactly through various software from laptops and computers. When the Karni Vihar police arrested Bhupendra Saran and interrogated him, the entire gang was busted.
These accused came under arrest
Karni Vihar police has arrested a total of 5 accused in the gang selling fake degrees and diplomas. The first accused is Bhupendra Saran, a resident of Parava village in Jalok district. Bhupendra lived with his wife in Rajni Vihar, Jaipur, where the police had recently demolished his house with a bulldozer. The second accused is Ajay Bhardwaj, a resident of Gandhi Path, Jaipur. The third accused is Kailash Sisodia, who is originally from Madhya Pradesh and currently resides in Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur. The fourth accused is Ashok Vijay, who is originally from Kota and currently lives in Jaipur. The fifth accused, Pramod Singh, is originally from Maharashtra and currently resides in Kuchera town of Nagaur district. Police have recovered many suspicious documents from the hideouts of these accused, in which the entire material for preparation of fake degrees and diplomas has been found.
