UP passengers lost their lives in a train accident
According to the information, a big accident has happened at Madurai railway station in Tamil Nadu on Saturday (August 26) morning. Because of which there was hue and cry of the people. 10 people have died and 20 others have been seriously injured in the fire inside the coach of the train. It is being told that out of all the injured, 10 victims were residents of UP and there were a total of 55 passengers in the coach which caught fire.
Announcement of compensation amount of Rs 10 lakh
On the other hand, the Southern Railway official said about the accident that a fire was reported in a private/personal coach in Punalur-Madurai Express at 5:15 am today at Madurai yard. The fire has been brought under control and there is no damage to other coaches. Along with this, the Southern Railway said that in the train fire incident at Madurai railway station in Tamil Nadu, it has announced a compensation of Rs 10 lakh to the family of the deceased.
