In the accident in Lanhdaula village, the dumper also hit the district councilor going towards the farm on a cycle. The woman died on the spot. At the same time, the district councilor is injured. In protest against the incident, the villagers blocked the woman’s body by placing it on the Tigaon-Manjhawali road passing near the village.

According to the case registered in police station Chhayasa, Manoj, a resident of Lahandula village, told that, on Saturday morning, his 60-year-old mother Premvati was going to collect cattle dung and put it in the plot, when Yamuna sand-filled dumper coming from Manjhawali side hit Premvati. crushed. The driver started running towards Tigaon with a dumper, then hit the district councilor Surjit Adhana, a resident of Lahandula, who was coming on a cycle from the front. The bicycle was damaged in the accident, while he was injured. People alleged that despite the night curfew, the dumpers run throughout the night, but no action is taken.
3 dumpers came together
It is alleged that 3 dumpers filled with Yamuna sand came together. After carrying out the incident, the drivers fled with their vehicles from different routes. Police did not come despite information
Villagers say that, they informed about the incident on number 112 but no policeman came. After this, the villagers sat on the road by laying rugs. On receiving information about the incident, the station in-charge Kuldeep Singh reached with the police force, but people did not listen to him. After this, the former MLA of Tigaon area reached Lalit Nagar at 9 o’clock. Villagers told him that illegal mining takes place in Yamuna throughout the night. Throughout the night, these dumpers run with sand.
A case has been registered against the accused dumper owners in the case. The body of the woman has been sent to BK Hospital for postmortem.
