The mother of Khushi Patkar, who lives in Anupam Nagar of Danteshwar extension of the city, had TB disease. Mother’s health deteriorated in the evening a day before the board examination and mother passed away. Despite being in an adverse and difficult situation, Khushi, remembering her mother’s advice, instead of saying her last farewell, Khushi reached the city’s ONGC high school to appear for the exam. On one hand, Khushi’s mother was being cremated, on the other hand she was giving her exams. After the exam was over, Khushi told that her exam was good. On getting the information about daughter’s courage, Vadodara Mayor Nilesh Rathore also came to meet her. Rathore encouraged Khushi.
Aunt got the exam done
Khushi’s relatives had earlier appealed to the nodal officer of the exam to conduct the exam later, but when this was not possible, aunt Deepika reached with Khushi and got the exam done. According to Deepika, Khushi was ready to take the exam, due to which her mother’s funeral was stopped. Had appealed to the nodal officer of the examination to send Khushi along with the police to the funeral. After the last rites will be taken to the examination center. The nodal officer refused and due to Khushi’s insistence, the relatives took her to the examination center.

mother wanted to teach a lot
Khushi Patkar’s mother may have passed away due to TB disease, but her daughter Khushi paid tribute to her in true sense. According to family members, Khushi has another younger sister, who is three years older. While Khushi’s father works as a laborer, her mother used to do odd jobs. The mother wanted to teach the elder daughter a lot. Even in difficult circumstances, he did not let his daughter’s education stop. Khushi, a class 10 student of Gujarati medium in Saraswati Vidyalaya, Danteshwar village, aspires to pursue a master’s degree in computers after doing ITI.
