Eid ul Fitr 2023: Jannati Darwaza of Dargah opened in Ajmer on Eid, see photos

Ajmer.Eid prayers were offered in mosques on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr in Ajmer, Rajasthan. Jannati Darwaza of Khwaja Sahib’s Dargah was also opened on this occasion. On the other hand, Eid prayers were offered in mosques like Shahjahani and Sandali Masjid, Kesarganj Idgah, Ratidang Idgah etc.

The festival of Eid is being celebrated with pomp in Ajmer city of Rajasthan. On this occasion, prayers were offered at Idgah in Jaipur. Eid Mubarak was given by hugging each other. The Jannati Darwaza of the Dargah at Ajmer was opened on the occasion.

Administration and police remained alert in Ajmer

In Ajmer, the main prayer was held at Idgah in Kaiserganj. Here the Ajmer police tightened the security system. Police personnel were stationed everywhere. Top officers including Divisional Commissioner BL Mehra, Ajmer Range IG Rupinder Singh, Collector Anshdeep, SP Chunaram Jat were present.

Namaz was offered at Idgah in Kaiserganj at 9 am

Divisional Commissioner BL Mehra said that on the auspicious occasion of Eid, prayers were offered at Shahjani Masjid located in the Dargah complex of Khwaja Garib Nawaz. At the same time, Namaz was offered at 9 am in Idgah located in Kaiserganj.

By 8 o’clock the Idgah complex was packed with worshippers. The queues of worshipers reached the Kesarganj roundabout outside the Idgah. After this the cannon was fired at 9 o’clock. And then offered prayers to the namazis.
