During the lockdown, I had come to live with my parents. After coming here, I had to eat roti made from jowar flour. It is a little difficult to come from wheat loaves towards jowar. Especially for people like me, who have always had the habit of eating soft roti coated with ghee. For me, eating jowar roti was no less than a big task. Earlier it was a forced meal for me. The rotis were not soft, they were finding it difficult to chew. But when I saw the health benefits of millet on my health, I was surprised.

Most importantly, this cereal is incredibly rich in dietary fiber and should therefore be a part of your daily diet.”
