5.75 lakh Common Service Centers (CSCs) have been set up in the country by CSC e-Governance Services India, an organization of the Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, through which about 400 services like education, agriculture, banking, insurance, health and e-mobility etc. are connected. Now, in view of the increasing use of drones in the country, the organization is stepping into its training sector.
45 institutes in the country, fees are expensive
A drone academy will be set up in the building of RPIIT. There are a total of 45 institutes across the country, where training is given to operate drones. Their fees range from Rs 55,000 to Rs 90,000, but in CSC Udaan Academy, only Rs 15,000 to 20,000 will be charged.
100 CSC flight academy will be built
Managing Director Sanjay Kumar Rakesh said that after opening the first CSC Udan Academy in Karnal, about 100 CSC Udan Academy will be established in the country in the next two years. Like Karnal, other academies in the country will also be opened in collaboration with other companies and agencies. This will provide employment to a large number of youths.
