Earlier, the contenders met the core committee members as well as the big leaders of the party and the organization, so that they could get tickets. It is being told that the list of names of the mayor will be finalized and sent to Delhi on Friday.
List likely to come by tomorrow
Party sources say that along with the corporator, the mayor’s ticket list will come by Monday. There is also a possibility of declaring the list by Sunday evening. Actually only three days are left for nomination. After the list comes, there will be an atmosphere of happiness for some contenders, while for some it will be sad. In such a situation, the big leaders of the party will intensify efforts to persuade the rebels.
