Police posted at the check post of Chausa Excise Department in Buxar caught a dismissed Bihar Police constable with liquor at night. The one who was bringing liquor from Uttar Pradesh to Bihar in a backpack. But as soon as he entered Bihar from the border of Uttar Pradesh, he was caught by the soldiers posted at the check post on the Bihar border. His bag was full of liquor. At first, he appealed to leave by calling himself a constable of Bihar Police. On enquiry, it was found that he had been removed from the post of constable.

Along with this, two more smugglers were caught as soon as they entered Bihar from Uttar Pradesh with liquor. After being caught, the dismissed constable pleaded a lot to release him. The request of the dismissed constable did not affect the officials of the product department and he was taken into custody. According to the information received, the Police of the Excise Department is running a regular investigation campaign at the Chausa Karmnasa checkpost connecting the UP-Bihar border. Meanwhile, as soon as they entered Bihar, the soldiers posted on the border caught three smugglers. In which a smuggler Vishesh Kumar Singh, a resident of Ramnagar village of Maranga police station area of Purnia district, turned out to be a constable of Bihar Police. Liquor was recovered from whose bag.
Bihar police arrested
Check post in-charge Dilip Singh told that the accused first appealed to leave. He was later caught. He gave information and said that he was working in Dhaka police station in Motihari. On 20 October 2021, he was arrested in an inebriated state while on election duty. After which he was dismissed. After which he has completely got involved in liquor smuggling. Apart from this, two other liquor smugglers have also been arrested. In which Anish Kumar, son of Prakash Tanti, resident of Mahpur village of Tarapur police station area of Munger district, is included. From whom 750 ml of foreign liquor has been recovered. Devanand Prasad, son of Ram Prakash Singh, resident of Pandey Patti village of Mufassil police station area, has also been arrested with liquor.
