Unemployment allowance will be given for two years
CM Bhupesh Baghel said that a new scheme will be started to provide unemployment allowance to the educated unemployed. However, he has made it clear in the budget speech that these unemployed youths will be given Rs 2500 every month as unemployment allowance only for two years. At the same time, an increase in the honorarium of the cooks has also been announced under the mid-day meal. Mid-day meal cooks will now be given an honorarium of Rs 3,000 instead of Rs 2,000 per month.
