According to the information received, Mainuddin’s son Mustakim, a resident of Shekhpur Khichra village of Thana Dhaulana area, told in the complaint letter given to SP Hapur that he has a plot of 250 square yards in village Rawli of Dhaulana area. On which some land mafia people are eyeing, for a long time the former head of the village, Rashid, Nafees, Sajid, Shahzad, Muzammil and Bijendra Chauhan and Joginder of village Kakrana police station Dhaulana, are harassed and troubled and with the intention of killing.
Complainant Mainuddin had given a complaint against him at Dhaulana police station on March 10. The complainant told that after that these people gathered together and came to his house on March 11 and started abusing him and started saying that you want to file a case against us, he and his family were attacked with knives, There were sticks, pistols and sharp weapons in which the complainant’s wife Rabia has suffered a lot of injuries due to stabbing in her hand and son’s wife Salma with bad intention tore her clothes and did obscene acts while assaulting and molesting her. The complainant told that all the accused land mafia type people have illegally occupied the applicant’s house despite having a stay. Taking cognizance of the matter, SP Abhishek Verma has ordered investigation along with filing a report to police station Dhaulana.
