On World Day with Disabilities, famous hair stylist Javed Habib has started a campaign in collaboration with Idea-Saksham, an organization that provides employment and entrepreneurship to disabled people. Under this, Javed Habib, in collaboration with Idea-Saksham, will provide free training to the disabled people across the country in all their Javed Habib Academy. After the training, the disabled can start their own business with the help of Idea organization, and they will also be given the opportunity to spread across the country. Employment opportunities will also be provided in hundreds of salons of Javed Habib.
On World Disability Day, Idea organized “Purple Bharat Utsav” to create an inclusive environment to provide employment opportunities to the disabled in government and private companies across the country, in which Javed Habib, who participated as the chief guest, said, “ I believe that people with disabilities have amazing talents, they need to be given training and right opportunities. We have employed disabled people in our salon and their hard work and capabilities at work impressed me. Therefore, today I am proud to launch this campaign in collaboration with Idea to provide free training and employment opportunities to disabled people across the country.
On this occasion, Mallikarjuna Aitha, founder of Idea, said, “Idea is engaged in the campaign to make the disabled people self-reliant through self-employment across the country, in which the disabled people are trained and supported in establishing employment and their self-employment.
Talking about the campaign, he said, “Javed Habib has always come forward for the upliftment of the disabled, earlier also with the help of IDEA, he gave opportunities to the disabled in their business and when the disabled performed better there, today he We have started free training for the disabled in all our academies. Idea will work to connect disabled people across the country with this campaign to provide them with better employment and entrepreneurship after free training.
Working for the last three years, IDEA organization has so far turned more than 750 disabled people into entrepreneurs and is moving ahead with the target of making 5 thousand disabled people self-reliant by making them entrepreneurs in the next 5 years.
