There is a possibility of thunder and lightning at one or two places in the southeast part of the state. Thereafter, a further drop of two to three degree Celsius in the maximum temperature would be observed during the next two days. The surface wind speed is likely to be five to ten kilometers per hour during the next 24 hours.

From March 15 to March 17, only movement is being seen in all the areas of the Metrological Sector of Bihar Meteorological Department. There is a possibility of rain in Patna, Gaya, Nalanda, Sheikhpura, Nawada, Begusarai, Lakhisarai and Jehanabad of South Central Bihar from March 16 to March 18.
