First he became a topper and then inspired by the book
Originally from Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), Nishant Jain was born on 30 October 1986 in an ordinary family. In his second attempt, he topped the examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in 2014. He had the first rank among the students of Hindi medium and his rank was 13th in the whole of India.
Have a special identity as a writer
After getting selected in UPSC, Nishant Jain had published a book named “Mujhe Banana Hai UPSC Topper” in order to motivate young talents towards civil service, which became very popular. After that he brought out another book called “Ruk Jana Nahi”, which was also highly appreciated. Due to these books, the image of Nishant Jain emerged as an officer as well as a writer and motivator. There has been a demand for these books especially for the students of Hindi belt.
SDM has lived in Mount Abu
Although Nishant Jain is being handed over as a collector for the first time, but before that he has discharged his responsibility in many important posts. In the year 2018, from April to December, he had served in Mount Abu (Sirohi) as a sub-divisional officer, after that he held several posts. Before becoming Jalore collector, Jain had played the role of director in Rajasthan Tourism Department. On the recently held Rajasthan Day, two years after the end of the Corona period, he has made a big impression by organizing excellent programs all over Rajasthan.
Achieved goal by leaving two jobs
Nishant Jain got the job of a clerk in the post office after graduating, but left the job due to hurdles in his preparation for the civil services. Jain failed in UPSC in the first attempt. Since he was a student of Hindi literature, due to this he again joined the job of language translator in Parliament. During the same preparation, he got UPSC selection in the second attempt through Hindi literature subject with first rank , medium and 13th rank in all. After this, he inspired other students for civil service by writing books.
