BJP can bet on two more Union Ministers
Bhopal (EMS). In Madhya Pradesh assembly elections, BJP has surprised everyone, whether Congress or political strategists, by playing a new trick. When BJP’s Chanakya and Union Home Minister Amit Shah took over Madhya Pradesh, it was clearly understood that this time BJP will fight in a different style to win the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections at all costs. This has been proved by the way BJP has placed three Union Ministers and seven MPs in the second list of 39 candidates. It is believed that BJP can now field two more Union Ministers and some more MPs in the next list for the Assembly elections. The names of Union Ministers Jyotiraditya Scindia and Virendra Khatik may be included in this.
For information, let us tell you that this time BJP does not want to take any risk in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh has been dominant in the Modi government. Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, Prahlad Patel, Faggan Singh Kuldaste, Jyotiraditya Scindia and Virendra Khatik are Union Ministers in the Modi government. Of these, three Union Ministers Narendra Singh Tomar, Prahlad Singh Patel and Faggan Singh Kulaste have been fielded by BJP in the assembly elections. Now there are two more Union Ministers left from Madhya Pradesh, who have also been speculated to contest the elections. The party can field Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia from any seat in Gwalior-Chambal division. With this, Union Minister Virendra Khatik can be fielded to govern Bundelkhand.
Why can Scindia contest BJP elections?
BJP knows very well that Shrimant Jyotiraditya Scindia has his own distinct aura (influence) in Gwalior-Chambal division. Be it Congress or BJP leaders in this area, they are not free from the influence of the Scindia family. And without Scindia the path to a big victory cannot be paved. Therefore, to get maximum seats in Gwalior-Chambal division, BJP can field Scindia from any seat. Let us tell you that there are 34 assembly seats in 8 districts in Gwalior-Chambal division. In 2018, Congress had won 26 of these seats. Whereas BJP had to be satisfied with only 7 seats. This was the situation when Scindia was in Congress.
