- The 55th death anniversary of Brahma Baba, the founder of Brahma Kumari organization, was celebrated as World Peace Day.
Mathura. The 55th death anniversary of Brahma Baba, the founder of Prajapita Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, was celebrated as World Peace Day with various events. On this occasion, inspirational stories and songs and poems from the life of Yoga and Brahma Baba were staged. Service center in-charge Rajyogini BK Krishna Didi termed the lack of human values as the root cause of social decline and said that Brahma Baba's life was dedicated to the upliftment of human values and establishment of world peace. He said that by becoming endowed with the qualities of penance, sacrifice, compassion, divinity and purity, Brahma Baba established women as mother power. Through his deeds, he established those ideals of life, which are exemplary for everyone today. On this occasion, Dr. Rashmi Goyal, Secretary of Mathura Singing Society, paid her respects and inspired everyone to follow the high ideals of Brahma Baba. Kamal Chawla, Dr. Ajit Singh, Yes K Mandal, Ranita Katiyar and Hari Panda were mainly present in this event. The stage was conducted by BK Manoj Bhai and the vote of thanks was given by Alok Bhai, Senior Manager at Indian Oil.
