After Bully Bye and Sully Dealz, another group has emerged, which is known as Clubhouse. People of this group used obscene words for women. Following a complaint from a Pune woman, a case was registered against unidentified persons under serious sections by the Mumbai Cyber Cell. On Thursday night, Mumbai Police arrested two students from Faridabad. Among these students, a student is also said to be the son of a BJP leader. At the same time, some people have also sent money to the accused in this case. The police have also got information about UPI. The accused were apprehended after coming to know about this transaction.
Milind Bharambe, Joint Commissioner, Mumbai Crime Branch, said that during the investigation, some technical information was found. The name of the arrested accused is Akash. He was a moderator and main spokesperson of the group, it had 2 groups. Akash is only 19 years old. The second accused is 21-year-old Jaishnav Kakkar. He is a student of B.Com and lived in Sector-28. The third accused Yash Parashar is a law student, who has been arrested from Sector-15A, Faridabad.
The accused used to host the group
Sources in the Mumbai Crime Branch said that Yash’s father is a part of Haryana’s Bharatiya Janata Party and had also contested elections for the BJP from Haryana. The police had to struggle hard to nab this accused. During investigation, it has also been learned that on January 16 and January 19, the accused had created two chat rooms where obscene language was used for women. Akash used to host both these groups.
Audio found during investigation
An official said that people in this group used to bid for different parts of the body of women and during the investigation the police have also found some audio, which is being analysed. In this case some people have also sent money to the accused. The police have also got information about UPI.
